HOW TO SET UP YOUR LAB FOR ETHICAL HACKING
So hey guys today i'm gonna show you how to set up your lab for ethical hacking.
before we start ethical hacking tutorial, we will need a lab or setup for ethical hacking practicing, which we will build on our personal computer or laptop.
so guys for this setup we will need some things, such as software or operating system and some things, that we will knowing.
1. A LAPTOP OR PERSONAL COMPUTER
2. VM WARE / VIRTUAL MACHINE
3. KALI LINUX IMAGE
4. ANY OPERATING SYSTEM
5. INTERNET CONNECTION
6. YOUR PERSONAL WEBSITE
1. A laptop or personal computer:- you will need a personal computer or laptop that has at least 4gb ram, to run all the softwares.
2. Vm ware / virtual machine:- vm ware is a software that gives the feature of putting any operating system on your computer instead of your original operating system. suppose windows 10 is on your computer and with the help of vm ware you can also add any operating system like mac os, kali linux, windows 8 etc. it will not affect your windows 10. this called virtual machine. you can insert any virtual machine like vm ware, virtual box, etc.
3. Kali linux:- kali linux is an operating system. it is very important in our ethical hacking class. it is the operating system of linux. mostly all hackers are use it because it has all the tools that helps to do hacking. it contains approximately 300+ hacking tools.
if you dont have linux you can download from there, its free ( DOWNLOAD )
4. Any operating system:- any operating system that is installed on your computer.
5. Internet connection:- you will also need an internet connection, without internet, hacking or anything related to it, is not possible.
6. Your personal website:- you will also need one of your own website, when we will learn how to hack website. because if you hack someone else's website without permission, then it will be a crime. if you don't have a website make it one any free website.
